The Secret to a Perfect Smile

The Regale Innovation Center manufactures and installs composite veneers and ultra-thin ceramic (porcelain) veneers.

Veneers are orthodontic structures that are placed on the front surface of the tooth in the smile zone. With the help of veneers, you can hide the chips and cracks of the teeth, gaps between the teeth, and make the tone of the teeth lighter if whitening does not give the desired result.

The veneers, produced and installed at the Regale Center, are distinguished by a detailed anatomy, and perfectly matched tone, which makes them look completely natural and cannot be distinguished from real teeth.

The Process

Digital Impression

We start the process by taking a digital impression of the face and teeth using a scanner and a complete photo protocol.

Digital Wax Up

This step includes modeling a digital version of a new smile. Without resorting to manufacturing temporary structures, we try on everything digitally on a computer screen and discuss it with the patient.

They will be able to see what the result will look like. This technique also allows the doctor to plan the required number of veneers. We photograph the patient from different angles and see where the smile zone ends. Afterward, we scan the oral cavity, take photographs, and send them to the technicians and they make a “digital” smile. 

Discussion with Patient

With the photos obtained after the previous step, we meet with the patient again and make adjustments digitally. We discuss with them the new shape and color of the veneers.

Temporary Structure

This step includes the transfer to the oral cavity of a temporary structure – mock-up. The patient has the opportunity to “try on” a new smile.

Detailed Analysis

Next, we conduct a detailed analysis of sensations from the new design. It allows us to make corrections if necessary.

Preparation

Our doctors carry out minimally invasive preparation of the teeth’ surface using optical magnification, For installation, the dentist performs minimal processing of the top layer of enamel

 For permanent ceramic veneers, the dental technician creates a digital 3D model of the veneer based on the impression. It is then manufactured using a digital milling machine from E.max Ceramics. 

Before handing it over to the dentist, the technician checks the plates on the articulator with the patient’s individually adjusted bite parameters and the anatomy of the teeth. This ensures that the veneers will not disturb the bite and will not cause discomfort.

Fixing Veneers

At this step, veneers are fixed using a microscope and rubber dam (ideally dry field)

The installation of ceramic veneers is carried out by an orthopedist. The ceramic plate is placed on the previously treated tooth surface.

For perfect accuracy, all manipulations are carried out under a microscope.
