All-on-4 and All-on-6 Dental Implants
Get New Teeth in Just One Day
At Regale, we offer All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implant techniques simultaneously to help our patients restore their lost teeth in just one visit.
It is an advanced implantation method that was developed by one of the leading Swiss implant manufacturers. The main features of this technique is that the installation of 4 or 6 implants is sufficient for the prosthetics of the entire dentition. The placement of implants at an angle allows the surgeon to perform the procedure with a relatively small amount of bone tissue. This means no additional bone grafting is required.
All-on-4 and All-on-6 Dental Implants at Regale
All-on-4 and All-on-6 implantation in Regale is carried out after careful preparation, including analyzing the complete history, clinical tests, and computed tomography of the temporomandibular joint. It is also necessary to sanitize the oral cavity, eliminating all foci of infection before the procedure.
Preparation
The direct installation of implants is preceded by the stage of studying a 3D-image of the jaw. Our implant surgeon carefully studies the structure of bone tissues, determining the trajectory of the artificial roots.
Depending on the volume of bone tissue, the appropriate method is determined – 4 or 6 implants. In this case, a combined version can be used. For example, All-on-6 for the upper jaw, and All-on-4 for the lower jaw.
Gentle and Painless Surgery
Installing implants is a completely painless procedure at Regale. We use an electronic anesthesia machine with a dosed supply of painkillers. For enhanced comfort, the patient can be put into a state of sedation or drug-induced sleep (anesthesia).
To improve the quality of implantation, our surgeons always install implants using a microscope and binoculars. This allows minimizing surgical intervention in tissues, avoiding complications, and facilitating and accelerating the patient’s rehabilitation.
Prosthetics
Before the operation, a temporary adaptive prosthesis is created on the basis of the cast of the patient’s jaw. An orthopedic construction made of acrylic resin is created in a dental laboratory, taking into account the individual parameters of the patient’s bite, modeled on the articulator. This prosthesis is installed immediately after the operation and allows you to load the necessary muscles and restore chewing functions.
During the next six months, the patient is required to visit a gantologist who will examine the prosthesis. A permanent zirconia construction is installed after the implants have been osseointegrated into the jaw bone tissues.
